Wants to thank the Webster Groves Police Department for once again, spending time collecting revenue in the form of parking tickets during a "meet the teacher" event at Avery School this morning. I really appreciate receiving a parking ticket when there is historically poor parking available and no parking signs that have never been enforced in the past. Seems there is no other crime out in Webster Groves so why not ticket 30+ cars for a 30 minute event. Webster does need to increase their revenue stream to pay for the police force that shows up only when you don't need them. When you call them to enforce actual criminal activity they seem to fail miserable like when I called the police to show up mentioning "intruders may still be in my house" and had to call back twice and they showed up after 15 minutes from the first call. Thanks again for your stellar performance!

YOUR WELCOME MR. JAMES. DID NOT KNOW THAT THE "NO PARKING" ZONE WAS ONLY FOR YOU THAT DAY. SORRY THE EXCEPTION WAS NOT MADE TO YOU AND ONLY YOU....STUDY WHAT A POSTED SIGN IS FOR. MAYBE IT WAS ENGINEERED AND CAREFULLY THOUGHT OUT TO SINGLE YOU OUT, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T READ OR ARE TOO LAZY TO WALK A FEW FEET MORE.
