Delivery Driver Calls Cops on Loose Dog Chasing Him
Warson Woods police report responding to recent calls involving delivery truck drivers in this edition of police blotter.
The following information was supplied by the Warson Woods Police Department. Arrests or charges mentioned in this report do not indicate convictions.
Feb. 23:
Police were called at 10:17 a.m., to the 500 block of Meadow Creek Lane for a report of a dog running loose chasing a delivery driver. A dog matching the description was later located in its yard in the 500 block of Gray Barn Lane. Police said the pet could not be positively identified because the driver left the area. Officers also warned the owner about allowing to dog to run loose and issued a summons for not having a current city dog license.
Feb. 20:
Police were called to the 700 block of Havenwood Circle Drive for a disturbance between a delivery truck driver and a contractor. The incident happened around 9:35 a.m. Both people told officers the other person threatened physical harm, however neither wanted to file charges. Both people reportedly left the area.
