Diane L. Moore, chief operation officer of the Webster Groves School District, has been chosen to receive the Sue Spellmann Graduate Award in Education from Lindenwood University for her outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and potential as a professional educator.

Moore will receive a doctoral degree from Lindenwood next month.

Former Lindenwood University President Dennis Spellmann established this award in honor of his wife, a distinguished teacher.
