It's finally that time of year, baseball fans.
The St. Louis Cardinals are set to open the season against the Miami Marlins on Wednesday. The Cardinals will be on the road for the season opener, but you can catch the action starting at 6:05 p.m. on ESPN.
As you patiently wait for the first pitch, you can show your Cardinals support by updating your Facebook Timeline cover photo with an image that captures your loyalty for the Redbirds. We'll all be wearing the birds on the bat on Wednesday, so why not show your support on Facebook too?
Pick your favorite—whether it's the Rally Squirrel or Busch Stadium—and show it off on your Facebook Timeline.
You have two ways to make one of our fan pics your cover photo:
The Flickr Option: Five of our Cardinals-themed cover photos are avalible in the slideshow above. Click any of the pictures to get to the Flickr set where we'll keep the photos. Right-click your favorite one, choose the "Large" option, and download the photo to your computer so you can upload it to Facebook as your Timeline cover.
The Facebook Option: Our cover photos are also available on the St. Louis Patch Facebook page. Go to the Cover Photos photo album, right-click your favorite picture and save it to your computer so you can upload it to Facebook as your Timeline cover.
