Former Rock Hill Fire Deputy Chief Dies
Two visitations will be held for Michael Quint in Litchfield, Ill., and in St. Louis.
The Rock Hill Fire Department announced the death of Retired Deputy Chief Michael Quint this week, according to a notice from the Missouri Fire Service Funeral Assistance Team.
Quint, 62, served with Rock Hill Fire for 15 years. He was the current chief of Litchfield Fire in Illinois and also served at the Prairie Dupont Fire Department for 15 years as well as South County Dispatch, High Ridge Fire and Gardenville (currently Affton Fire District).
Visitation will be held Thursday at the Plummers Funeral Home in Litchfield from 5 to 8 p.m., and Friday at the Kutis Funeral Home at 5255 Lemay Ferry from 5 to 8 p.m. A firefighter walk-through commences at 7:30 p.m.
A funeral service is scheduled for Dec. 15 at the Kutis Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Internment will be at Shepherd Hills Cemetary in Barnhart, Mo.
