High School Senior Receives Good Citizen Award

Taylor Smith, a Webster Groves High School senior, has received a Good Citizen Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) for an essay she wrote. She will move to the state level of competition and will be eligible for a scholarship from the DAR.
