Jersey Mike's Pitches in for Ronald McDonald House During Month of Giving

The Webster Groves sub shop is hosting events and initiatives during March to support Ronald McDonald House charities.

Jersey Mike's Subs in Webster Groves is hosting a Month of Giving to support Ronald McDonald House charities during the month of March.

Throughout the month, Jersey Mike's is hosting events and initiatives to raise funds and donations to directly benefit Ronald McDonald House in St. Louis. Check out how you can pitch in (and get some free food):

  • March 3 at 8:30 p.m.: To kick things off, Webster Groves Mayor Gerry Welch and State Representative Jeanne Kirkton will be making sandwiches in-store to show their support.
  • March 4 at 11:30 a.m.: Jersey Mike's is serving free lunch to families at the Park Avenue Ronald McDonald House.
  • March 1-26: Purchase two items on the Ronald McDonald House wish list at Walgreens located at 8571 Watson Road and bring them to Jersey Mike's to receive a free mini-sub. Limit one per person per day.
  • March 27: The entirety of sales that day at Jersey Mike's will be given to benefit Ronald McDonald House.

Feb. 28 is the last day to get a free mini-sub at Jersey Mike's by donating books to the Ready Readers program

Jennifer Foss, marketing director for Jersey Mike's, shared a personal connection to Ronald McDonald House charities.

"My niece by marriage had a congenital condition requiring a lung transplant," Foss said in an email. "Sadly, she passed away late last year at the age of 14.  During her short life, she and her family benefited from the services at Ronald McDonald House when they came to town for treatments at Children's Hospital."

Month of Giving is a nationwide Jersey Mike's effort.
