Man Pulled Gun While Driving Through Webster Groves, Police Say
He was allegedly arguing with someone in the car when he pointed gun at the victim.
A University City man is being charged with unlawful use of a weapon during a dispute in a car.
Ellis McMurtry, of the 7800 block of Blackberry Ave. in University City, was allegedly arguing with the victim while driving on Interstate 44 near Laclede Station Road in Webster Groves on Wednesday.
McMurtry, 68, then pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim, according to a Webster Groves Police Department report.
Bond was set at $10,000.
