The Kirkwood Football team beat the Statesmen at Lyons Stadium Nov. 5, but the Pioneers couldn't repeat a victory over Webster when members of the teams squared off for an eating competition last weekend.
On Saturday, Rock Hill's St. Louis Wing Company held its second wing-eating competition between members of the schools' varsity football teams.
Pioneers Jordan Bishop, Jarrod Bishop and Antonio Weston went head to head with Statesmen Marlon Peal, Zeb Bates and Rob Thompson. The Statesmen came out on top, giving Webster its second St. Louis Wing Company pre-Turkey Day Game victory.
