Webster Groves and Warson Woods are two of the top 20 best places to live in Missouri, according to Coldwell Banker Real Estate's annual "Best Places to Live" list released Tuesday

The company's “Best Places to Live” list ranks the best places in every state for people who seek social areas. It is based on the number of restaurants, events and nightlife options as well as how many people in the area take advantage of the social scene.

Patch announced that Webster Groves was ranked No. 11 on the list at Tuesday's Webster Groves City Council meeting. The news evoked applause from the council and about 40 people in attendance.

This is not the first time this year Webster Groves has been in the national spotlight. Last August, Webster made Money Magazine's "Best Places to Live in America" list.

And just last week, we learned that Highway 61 Roadhouse & Kitchen in Webster will be featured later this year on The Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," hosted by Guy Fieri.

Warson Woods came in at No. 5 on the list in Missouri. Patch was not able to reach Warson Woods Mayor Larry Howe for comment.
