Webster Groves Back-To-School Barbecue Set For Saturday
The free event, which will be held at Ivory Crockett Park, is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Bring the lawn chairs, your favorite outdoor games and your appetite! The Webster Groves School District is holding a back-to-school barbecue on Saturday, Aug. 13.
The second-annual event, sponsored by the district's Achievement Gap Steering Committee, is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at Ivory Crockett Park at Bell and Almentor avenues.
Cathy Vespereny, a district spokeswoman, said last year's event was very well attended. She added that she is expecting an even bigger turnout this year.
