Webster Groves High School Students Bowl Over Turkeys
The annual Turkey Bowl is part of the countdown to the Thanksgiving Day game against Kirkwood.
On Tuesday, students of Webster Groves High School were turkey bowling. Literally.
They used a well-wrapped turkey to attempt to knock down bowling pins as part of the school's Spirit Week leading up to the big football game against Kirkwood.
Other activities during Spirit Week included dressing in a humorous manner in Kirkwood's school colors; dressing in Webster Grove's colors; and a canned food drive.
The Turkey Bowl, which has been a tradition for around 10 years, is managed by the school's football coach, Cliff Ice.
