Webster Groves Man Charged with Molesting Children, Beating Witness
Webster Groves Police said the man molested the children on two occasions.
A Webster Groves man faces criminal charges for sodomizing two girls and beating another girl after she witnessed the abuse.
Justin Lamar Douglas, 24, of Webster Groves, was charged Tuesday with five counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, one count of first-degree child molestation and third-degree assault.
Webster Groves Police said in a report that Douglas had deviate sexual intercourse with two children on June 15 and Aug. 15 at his home.
When he caught the children's sister witnessing the sexual assault, Douglas hit her with hangars and jumped on her stomach, police said in the report.
Bond for Douglas was set at $200,000.

Really! Mr. Mathis..st.Louis county prosecutor always allows this, but more important point is the LIBERAL judges are the ones that decide the bond amounts. So, its great to be involved in criminal activity in this county, because no one really cares. Just a little FYI for the masses.
