Native Plants, Wines and Summer Tourism at the Webster Groves Farmers Market

Did you ever wonder why one garden looks better than another?  Why your plants are pooped and your neighbor's are nice?

Maybe it has to do with the plant selection.

When you visit the Webster Groves Farmers Market this week, stop and chat with the folks at Ozark Berry and Native Plants. They will probably have some pointers for perking up your gardening goals.

Garland Wines will be a guest vendor at the market this week. They'll be joined by Cravings so you can get a taste of some of the great goodies available in Webster Groves' popular stores.

Jon Bonham and Tommy Halloran will bring their music to the market from 5 to 7 p.m. The Magic House will lead a children's activity and Donna Andrews from the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission will be on hand to talk about the CVC's "Be a Tourist in Your Own Town" efforts. Ask her for some local summer travel tips.

Visit our regular vendors this week, including Baetje Farms, Cafe Nura, El Chico Bakery, Frontwards Farm, Ludwig Farmstead Creamery, Mast's Produce and Bakery, Midwest Pasta, MK Fruits & Veggies, Veggie Boy Produce, Moder Valley Nursery, Murray's Orchard, Nagl Farm, Riverbend Roots Farm, Show Me Kettle Corn, Single Creek Draft Horse Farm, The Big Cheese and The Farmer's Larder.

We'll be on S. Old Orchard at Big Bend from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday. Join us. Bring your friends and neighbors. We'll see you at the Market!
