DESCRIPTION:Sloup is a monthly soup dinner in St. Louis that supports pro
 jects\, primarily artistic or communicative\, that need a little funding
  and belief. Laumeier is pleased to host a Sloup on Sunday\, April 29\, 
 from 6-8pm. During that time\, guests are invited to dine on soup and br
 ead while artists present grant proposals to guests who pay $10 for the 
 privilege of reviewing and voting on the projects. At the end of the eve
 ning\, one project is awarded all the $ raised that evening. Please join
