   Patterson has represented U.S. interests in Egypt since May\, 2011. Sh
 e  previously served as U.S. Ambassador to El Salvador\, Colombia\, the 
  United Nations\, and Pakistan. Ambassador Patterson is also the feature
 d  speaker for the 2012 Commencement ceremony at Webster University. &nb
 sp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Congressman Carnahan serves as a member of the House 
 Committee  on Foreign Affairs\, where he has been involved with issues c
 oncerning  the role of women in the Middle East and Middle East stabilit
