Ribbon-Cutting and Open House for New Rock Hill Public Library Set

All are invited to the celebrate the opening of the library at its new location.

 

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening for the Rock Hill Public Library Saturday, September 8 10:15 a.m. Afterwards, there will be activities, book readings, children’s crafts, a raffle and light refreshments.

The library is now located in its newly purchased space at 9811 Manchester Road, between the Walgreens and the McDonalds. The library gained 800 square feet of space as a result of the move.

The library asked that all who wish to attend RSVP at tinyurl.com/RHPL2012.

The Webster Groves Farmers Market is open every Thursday from 3:00-6:30pm. Fredbird will arrive atRead More 5:30pm and stay until 6:30. Kids ages 5-12 can also sign up for The Pop Club and get $2 in wooden nickels to spend on fresh produce every time they come to the market.
