The Webster University Chamber Orchestra will continue its 2012-13 season. The Chamber Orchestra is conducted by Dr. Paul Davis.  The Chamber Orchestra welcomes a special guest performance by the Lindbergh High School Orchestra, conducted by Sue Rolá.

The Chamber Orchestra will open the concert with “Palladio,” a movement by modern British composer Karl Jenkins.  Following, the orchestra will perform Joseph Haydn’s Symphony No. 45, the “Farewell,” which is recognized as a hallmark work in Haydn’s writing.  Then the orchestra will feature Webster University music faculty member Donna Vince, performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 9.

The concert closes with the Webster University Chamber Orchestra joining forces with the Lindbergh High School Orchestra performing two movements from the St. Paul Suite by another British composer, Gustav Holst.
