Webster Groves Candidate Forum Set for March 26

In conjunction with the League of Women Voters, Webster Groves will host a candidate forum later this month at the Webster Groves Recreation Complex.

Voters will have the opportunity to meet the candidates running for seats on the  City Council during a forum on Monday, March 26.

The forum, sponsored in conjunction with the League of Women Voters, will be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the located at 33 E. Glendale Rd.

There are four candidates seeking three seats on the council. Council members serve four-year terms and are elected at large because there are no wards or districts in the city. The candidates include:

  • Weston Ackermann
  • Kathy Hart (I)
  • Debi Salberg (I)
  • Anne Tolan (I)

The election will be held Tuesday, April 3.

The Webster Groves Farmers Market is open every Thursday from 3:00-6:30pm. Fredbird will arrive atRead More 5:30pm and stay until 6:30. Kids ages 5-12 can also sign up for The Pop Club and get $2 in wooden nickels to spend on fresh produce every time they come to the market.
