Webster Groves-City Finance & Administration
The Webster Groves Finance Department is responsible for preparing the city's annual budget and comprehensive financial report, as well as overseeing all city spending. Divisions of the Finance Department include Customer Service and Municipal Court, both located on the ground-level of City Hall. Residents can find information on permitting, licensing and paying fees through the Customer Service Division. Municipal Court is conducted on the second Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm and the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6pm, in Council Chambers, located on the second-floor of City Hall. The Finance Department is headed by Joan Jadali.
The Webster Groves Administration Department is headed by City Manager Steven J. Wylie, who oversees the implementation of policy decisions made by the City Council, as well as the operations of city departments. By coordinating with department heads, Administration strives to ensure the city's strategic goals are met.
