Senior night for the Webster Groves boys' basketball team turns into a memorable evening as the Statesmen win their 70th straight league game.
Senior Night is twice as sweet when your team is romping its way through the late-season schedule, assembling victories not only in support of a 70-game conference winning streak, but also against rival programs. Webster Groves is enjoying the extra sweetness following a resounding 67-40 nonconference defeat of the Oakville Tigers on Wednesday, which added to a lovely Senior Night ceremony highlighting senior players and their parents.
