Taste of Webster-Kirkwood: Great Treats for a Great Cause
The event, which was a fundraiser for the Shepherd's Center of Webster-Kirkwood, featured delicious dishes, desserts and drinks from some of the area's best restaurants.
The ninth annual Taste of Webster-Kirkwood to benefit the Shepherd’s Center of Webster-Kirkwood was a night to remember. The event was held Sunday night at the Kirkwood Community Center. The Shepherd's Center is an interfaith volunteer organization that provides programs and services for older adults. The Taste of Webster-Kirkwood event is the signature fundraiser for the organization. Gayle McHenry, the center's executive director, compared this year’s event to those in the past. “This is the largest turnout we have ever had,” McHenry said.
