Jerri, fantastic post as always! I'm curious, I have had to contact my cell phone carrier because of extra charges for unsolicited text messaging services. Do you come across that often? Seems like they originate overseas. To stop the problem, I now use parental controls which struck me as an interesting workaround. It's been successful.
